What should I wear?

I encourage you to tap into the fire inside and wear what reflects your party personality! The vibe at an Ashley's Fitness Party™ will make you comfortable to express your individuality and what makes you unique. With that being said, make sure that your apparel is both comfortable and safe. Wear sneakers that support your back, hips, arches, etc. Pants should stretch and be suitable for athletic movement.

What else do I bring?

This is a dance aerobics class, and you WILL sweat! Bring water, a towel, some hand wipes or hand sanitizer. I suggest an ID and debit card depending on the event type in case of vendors, a smoothie bar, or other reps show up to party with us!

How old do you have to be to participate?

I ask that participants be at least 10 years old with the consent/presence of an adult, and a liability waiver and release form must be signed for minors. This is for separate events, like workshops and pop-up classes, where I may host an Ashley's Fitness Party™ at a local venue.

Do you do conferences or company events?

Yes, and yes! Some of my best and favorite events are fundraisers, women's conferences, and corporate conventions. I'll help your teams with ice-breakers, fitness breaks, and full on training and aerobics!

What does a Fitness Party include?

A fitness party begins with the introduction and a quick chat about what's about to go down. We'll transition to the warm-up, and before you know it's time to party! This is an exciting event that rivals your favorite concerts and dance parties, and it's all in the name of physical fitness!

The fitness party itself lasts one hour and includes décor, door prizes, giveaways, and vendor tables as à la carte options. Popular upgrades include my smoothie bar and a green tea “mock-tinis” setup for your trendier events. I created fun and informative workshops on health and nutrition, work-life-fitness balance, and I have specialty workshop for single mothers, and for the handicapped. Put your stamp on it and make the party your own!
